Default Rear Defroster 2007 Mustang GT vert

Seems my rear defroster isnt working upon further inspection looks like the connector unsoldered from the window so how do I go about fixing this, bring it to dealer or can someone here on the site can fix it for me that has done this before, and that is close to me.

Hey Eddie, they sell some glue that you adhere it with. Janice and I did it to her's. Not sure of the specs of it but it can be done by yourself.

Eddie--I don't remember the name of it, but you don't want to use it b/c it didn't work well for my car, yeah the connector is glued back on but the heat from the defroster does not go through the glue barrier, which the directions said it would.

I would check lowes, home depot or maybe a napa store for something to use.

Hey

Right here (Something like that) - tons of them on there:

DIY: http://autorepair.about.com/cs/doity.../aa112302a.htm

This seems to be your best solution though: http://www.frostfighter.com/

Your solution: http://www.frostfighter.com/prt2000.htm

Important step that will confirm whether or not it will work properly...since we are just getting Janice's top replaced next spring, I'll have them do it after they replace it all.

It is critical to heat the bonding site using a hair dryer, heat gun or electric heater, heat lamp or other heat source to keep the bonding area warm during the repair and cure period. Heat to between 100 F and 150 F for at least thirty minutes for the best results.
