Default Trufiber hood. Should I get one?

Hey guys I was looking into getting Trufiber hood with a built in ram air. I was wondering if anyone has one and if they were a good hood. I was also wondering if anyone had any idea what a paint job would cost. Thanks guys.

I'm also looking into this as a fix for my hood. Why spend a ton repainting it when I can just get a new sweet hood with built in ram air.

I had one and if I ever painted it before getting my cervinis cowl I would have loved it!

I like Cervini's hoods even if they won't cut us a break on price. lol Mark is the Trufiber guy here so he can help you. Depending on your paint and if it needs to be blended into the fenders will determine the cost. I'd say between $500 and $1000 to paint a hood

I prepped a few trufiber hoods at 402 motoring (On Chargers though). They were definitely on the better quality end of aftermarket parts. Priced well too.
I'm not sure what they charge for prep/paint, even a good hood takes a LOT of prep to look good painted.

I'm keeping my eye on the A45 hood, I think it's perfect for these cars.

What's the difference in the two that makes you say that?
