Default tune question

ok guys so i got a custom tune done from american muscle for the diablosport. I had the mac intake and exhaust. Before the custom tune was done i tried a bunch of tunes that came preinstalled on the predator and the steeda cold air intake tune gave me the most difference. Anyway, the only reason i had the custom tune done was because my idle was irratic with the steeda tune, turns out it was just a sticky throttle body that needed cleaning. The custom tunes are ok but the steeda tune really makes a huge difference. Does anything that running the steeda tune with a different cold air intake would be bad for the car or does it not matter?

well lets see the steeda tune is for the steeda intake which is a 95mm maf while your mac intake has an 81mm mass air flow so in a sense by running that tune your richening up your air fuel ration and dumping more fuel then necessary

you think that'll do any damage though? And why is it much faster with that steeda tune than the custom tune?

well dangerous? no not really especially if your not throwing a code. ill be honest the bama chips customs tunes take quite a few tries to get right. it took 4 or 5 tries for my car to feel like it should. the reson the steeda tune feels faster is because the car may be liking the amount of fuel its getting and running with it plus the car is probably having an easier time adapting to that tune.
