imo you should always buy your tuner from a shop that will pre load them with custom tunes. because they will also leave certain parameters open so you can tune it a little yourself. and they will show you how to do that. but if you just buy one from sct you will likley pay more...and get one that does little more then let you compensate for different size tires and perhaps get a little worse gas mileage.

i agree. not to mention most shops will send you a new tune for free if you buy the mods from them. And depending on the tune it can cost from $50-$150 PER TUNE, saving you a lot of money
