Default Well this is what I did today... Cam Covers Old Ford Blue

ran into a snag doing the transmission fluid expansion tank (got it figured out though now so i will get to it tomorrow hopefully) so i did this today instaed. i had painted a set of cam covers... so i installed them today.










pics are a bit blurry - sorry.

thanks. not bad for 20 bucks worth of paint and supplies. i did by a set of covers last fall so i did not have to deal with leaving the valvetrain open for a few days during paint. so i will just sell the ones that were on my car or maybe do another set with a different paint scheme... so really $90 bucks total with the cost of the recycled cam covers i purchased.

looks great! i want to do a set of either red or black cam covers to mine, i just don't have the cash to do it The blower is breaking the bank lol

thanks everyone. well i just painted them and they came out nice. hope thy hold up... seen a lot of guys do the same so... I was going to do red but eventually decided on ford blue.

Looks nice, i like it. I'm gonna do mine in black when I do my headers (maybe next weekend) to go with color of the supercharger and all the other black stuff under the hood

Got the oil fill breater from Central Florida Motorsports and the two PCV breathers from K&N, I think the one on the left is 3/8" and the other one is 1/4" but not sure, I see if I can find the specs.........

Hammerite? Never heard of it, hmmmmmmm.............You put the Ipod interface in yet?
