I own both, bought the Predator from Bama about 2 years ago, With a COI from someone else, wife got pissed because she has a heavy foot, squealed the tires all the time.
BUT, I think more people use the SCT which is the one I'd go with if buying new. I got one with the S/C I bought used, found out it was still locked to the previous owners car. Cost me $150 and 7-10 working days to get it unlocked, still waiting!

The thing you have to decide when buying these is how much you are really going to do with it...and how much are you going to change your car over time. If you have your set up the way it is (maybe a CAI, headers, basic stuff) and don't plan on making any major changes (like a S/C or turbo) then the Diablosport is fine. If you plan on getting it professionally tuned several times and making major mods to it then the SCT is definitely the way to go. If you do buy an SCT then it is a no-brainer...buy it from AM as it includes FREE TUNES FOR LIFE. This will explain it:

Excellent point. If you are dyno tuning or will be then you want to get the tuner that yor dyno specialist will be using. If not then I would get the one that has the better deal. They all do the same thing. The difference is that if your going to be going forced induction or nitrous, or already are then you will be needing to bring your car to a dyno tuner and they will be using specific software that only works with certain tuners. So if that is the case then talk to the people that will be doing the dyno tuning and ask them which system they use.
