Thumbs up American Muscle standing behind their products!

I don't know how many of you got to see my post last night - I basically made a Part 3 review for my Raxiom headlights. The connectors for both lights melted, which is why I couldn't see while driving - The lights were OUT.

I knew there was a warranty and I called up today, expecting a run around or some painful process whereby I would get stuck with faulty lights which would then set my car on fire, etc.

But no - I called AM and the whole call took about 5 minutes - and I GET BRAND NEW LIGHTS. And I'll have them TOMORROW.

Yes my husband and I both think it was the bulbs - if you looked carefully at the connectors and the bulbs that came with the set, the damage is only where the bulb plugs into the wiring doodad.

The connectors still work - we popped in the white bulbs and they got me to work this morning - BUT they are already noticeably dimmer than when we first put them in last night, so the connectors are shot.

Needless to say, I won't be plugging those blue bulbs in again with the new lights.

Love the Tech Talk Nikki

Glad they took care of you. Just curious, was the damaged connector part of the light housing or the wiring in the engine bay?

Wow +1 for AM huh? I literally have never heard of an issue with them! Such a good business they run over there. And wouldn't it only make sense that it's strictly a mustang parts company??? haha

Yea AM is top notch had a problem with my Hawk Pads as two of the clips broke off. Did not notice till like 5 weeks later when I was going to install them. One phone call and I had a new pair at my door the next day with no hassel. I wish they sold every part I want for the stang so I would only have to deal with them.
