Honestly, if it's been on your paint for a length of time it may have etched into the clear.

I used to have a beater hyundai when I was in college. It had a huge bird poop on the hood that I didn't clean up for a month or two (hey, it was a Hyundai...). It ate right through the clear.

If the damage isn't to bad, a professional may be able to take out the blemish with a rotary, or wet sand & buff if it's too much for just a compound.

If you were closer, I'd be happy to take a look at it for you. Maybe post a detailed pic?

Get some detail spray and soak the 'stain'. As per the Junkman himself, you'll need to let it soak until the poop is soft so as to not scratch the paint so you'll have to poke around there to see lol. Then just take a microfiber and wipe/scoop/fling in one swift move so you don't streak it.

It worked on my car yesterday which had 2 big spots which were actually on for more than a few hours lol.

it went through the clear coat.. i guess the only thing left is compound and wet sand... it really looks like it burned the paint, and it is only on one car.. maybe it's just Lexus paint

How many passes of Swirl and Haze remover did you make? I'd make at least 3 or 4 passes of SHR and Fine Machine Polish, before I wet sand it!(assuming you are using adams products).
Matter of fact bring it to the show this Sunday (4 Clubs) and I'll see if I can help. Have tons of product and I'll bring my pc.

Post some pics.

I used Meguiars Scratch-X on a nasty bird bomb that had etched my wife's black Honda CR-V bumper (sat in sun for 3 days). Five mins or so of back and forth and side to side hand buffing with a terry applicator took it out. I did use detail spra first to remove the crust which scratch the hell out of the paint.

Of course now I have to remove the swirls the Scratch-X put in using Adam's SHR and PC 7424XP with a white pad since Honda clear is so soft.
