Default 2010 Shelby GT500 at Downs Ford Motorsport

Well just finished up the 750Hp Ford Racing kit on Shay Varones 2010 Shelby GT500.

Shay came in and wanted to improve the handling on his Shelby so we installed the Ford Racing Suspension kit M-2007-FR3SVT 1.25 drop. Shay also wanted to up the power on his car so we decided to go with the Ford Racing 750 Hp kit.

Kit included

2.9L Twin Screw Supercharger Assembly with "Crusher" inlet

Whipple 123 mm MAF housing and zip tube

FRPP CJ 65 mm dual bore throttle body M-9926-CJ

FRPP upgraded dual fuel pump assembly

Once install was done and tune set right from Ford Racing we took it up to

BIG DADDY"S PERFORMANCE in Lakewood NJ for a Dyno

Mike Galimi from Muscle Mustang was on hand for the install and Dyno of Shays 2010 Shelby look for the results and future plans in your copy of Muscle Mustang soon!!!

That sounds sick! And I'm a little envious...

Didn't see a heat exchanger on the list of mods. I was told I would need one if I added the stage 2 package from Evo.

I think that's the guy I met at the last autocross at NJMP. Man I saw the 2010 GT500 up close, what a beautiful car. I espacially like the redesigned gauge cluster. Oh yeah, and he put down some pretty respectable times as well..........

All I can say is that with using a Ford Racing preprogrammed Tune it made over
670hp at the rear wheel.

The list is the list for the 2010. We only did Fuel pumps, Blower couple odds and ends and Ford Racing tune! Here are some pics over at Big Daddy's Perf
