does the sale include the gears themselves or the install as well? I know install is typically 150%+ of the retail price for the gears themselves

That is true! 8.8 Rear Swap for all the Sixers I see in the future! That would probably be pricey....

What gears are best for a road course. 2008 GT with 355 limited slip currently.

3.55's shouldn't be that bad of a gear for a road course... idk if its worth changing them out unless you go 4.10's only.. 3.55-3.73 wouldnt be a big jump/very noticeable i wouldn't think

I know from 3.31s to 3.73s I saw a pretty good jump
