Just bought this 1989 Pro street GT. 472 ci, 6-71 blower, two stage nitrous, powerglide - approximately 1200 hp.

Full tube chassis, 4 link suspension, 12 point cage, front fenders custom made and stretched 12 inches, fully tubbed, complete custom interior and custom paint.

Currently registered and insured Will be driving it to some local shows/meet-ups and trailering to some bigger shows this summer.

Welcome to the group, nice ride, really nice motor !!
You're not that far from Hackettstown, the cruise night is every Thursday @ the Wendy's / Loews parking lot, 6 to 9 pm ( the lot fills up early ! )

Default 1989 Pro street

I have a few time slips from the previous owner and the car ran 8.70's and a 8.80's. This was before the new paint. I don't have all the details on the runs i.e. through the exhaust, which tires, etc.

I'd love to run it, but the paint is so perfect, I would hate to mess it up - especially since I know it will leave hard on the wheelie bars.

Hey now can't have a car like this and not run it! Really is a sweet car man. Is it hard to drive on the street?

Default Pro street

To be honest, I've only driven it about 15 miles so far. It's actually not bad on the street, currently underdriven with 373 gears, so it runs on pump gas. I'll probably start running some 110 octane so I can test the nitrous.

I hope to meet up with some of you guys soon.
