6 hours of detailing!

With Carlisle coming up, my Uncle and I decided to tackle detailing the entire outside of my car...wash, claybar, polish, wax, took off the wheels and cleaned them too, even cleaned my seats and everything. Here's the progress from start to finish (sorry cell phone pics, didn't have my camera):

After a wash...

Cleaned and degreased my engine/under the hood...

Shiny wheels, painted the calipers (they're silver now, but I'm going to paint them red)

All done...after everything!

I was exhausted, but it was well worth it the car is sooooo smooth and shiny now!

Nice! How does the clay bar work? From what I hear I need to do it to my car. I have some many squashed bugs and thing embedded in the nose.

WOW...

I thought I detailed well... But this looks like a helluva job!!!

The wheels are spotless and so is the engine bay, 6 hours well spent!

What type of wax did you guys use?

I can't help it, may I suggest synthetic based paint sealant such as Collinite 845? If you layer it with some Carnuba stuff it will pop even harder!!!
