Default Finally made one of those see-through pics...

It's still a rough edit until I have more time to make it better. I just wanted to test out to see how it would look.

Nice, I might try to make one some day with my car - maybe I can do it with the truck when it's waxed and shiny with a muddy as hell engine compartment.

you have to take two pictures and then one of them you use as an overlay

of course the hood has to be open

on one of them

works best when you have a tripod and dont move the camera just lift the hood and the rest is done in photoshop

this is the one I had done a while back as one of my sigs

Thanks! I actually didn't have Photoshop unfortunately so I had to use a program called Seashore for Mac which was much more of a pain to use than Photoshop lol. But the way Eddie described it is exactly what I did.

After a second look - you may want to edit out the yellow bollards in the background as well as your EZ Pass tag. If you take out the yellow bollards, it will look almost monochromatic, and have less distractions from the car. As for the EZ Pass tag, it's just one of the things I hate seeing in my photos, so I usually edit them out.
