Default Spanked a Vette! (Not on the street)

I have a lot of pics and videos from my track day today at Summit Point WV. Not sure how to edit and upload videos yet but here is some stop action photos taken from my front bumper. This was my first time running in the advanced group. You are allowed to pass any where on the track! I dogged this Vette all f'en day.
Found a poor helpless Vette on the track. The driver was talking trash about Mustangs in the drivers meeting before we went on track.

Starting to reel him in

A little closer

Bye bye Vette

to bad I did not have a rear camera .. but he got spanked and owned by a mustang!

I made the pass at 130MPH! PS .. my top was down!

Having said all this ... I got dogged and owned by a couple Mazda MX5 cup cars. They have 156HP...

Well that is just me .. I give you the good and the bad.

Two other mustangs showed up. The LX was a dedicated Track Car

and the Cobra had a Roush 5.4 Crate Engine.

The Ferrari was fun to play with in the rain .. he was running slicks!!!:wtfwu:

Nice pics. What kind of camera do you have?

Ferrari? Slicks? RAIN? Wow, balls of steel on that guy. Ferrari's are notorious for being twitchy on the edge, can't imagine trying it on slicks.

Well the guy has a lot of money. He has the Ferrari dealer deliver the car to the track and prep it. He had slicks because it was not raining when we entered the grid. Than it started raining as soon as the green dropped. He spent a 1/2 hour tip toeing around the track. He than had his guys change to rain tires while he drove his AMG around the track a few times. Well the rain stopped now he was running what looked like snow tires in the dry! He spent the rest of the day on the rain tires and it did not rain any more. I think he had more fun in his AMG
