Red face Track Day at Monticello Motor Club

I signed up for a track day at Monticello Motor Club. (road course) Here is a list of cars I will be on track with:

# 2009 Ferrari F430 Scuderia
# 2008 Chevrolet Corvette z51
# 2010 Porsche GT3
# 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06
# 2008 Porsche Cayman S
# 2010 Nissan GTR
# 2008 Ford Mustang Convertible - ME
# 2009 Dodge Viper
# 1999 Porsche 911
# 2008 Ferrari F430
# 2006 Chevrolet Corvette
# 2009 Chevrolet Corvette

I think I might have bit off more than I can chew! Well the Z51 Corvettes ... are they the slow ones?

The z51 is the performance package on the base Corvette. It's not a z06 or zr1, but I wouldn't call it "the slow one".

Wink

Ahhh...don't worry about anyone else Greg, just have fun running your baby because anything can happen to any one of the others! They might get over excited and end up in the woods! Good luck and you're going to have a blast! Take video and pics!!!

They do. It is run by the Exotic Rally Club so they set the rules. Spectators must ride with a driver in the event. The day starts off in Syosset LI. Breakfast is served at 8. Proceeds go to the Make a Wish foundation. From there we are going to drive up to Monticello NY (Monticello Motor Club) for lunch. For a $100 donation to make a Wish you get breakfast and lunch and get to stay in the car for some high speed parade laps around the 4.1 mile course.

So the answer to your question is $100 to be a spectator and you get breakfast and lunch. My passenger seat is wide open for you buddy!!!! You cant show up at the track unless you participate in the donation event.

They have a lot of rules as you can see.
