Pull the belt and spin each one and see if anything stands out. Id probably guess the pulley on the idler though
Recently just replaced my belt after hearing a squealing noise with a heavy duty green belt, noise went away for a couple of days but then returned i sprayed some belt conditioner on to see if noise went away and it did but comes right back im thinking its a pully but do not no which one , any ideas or comments that could help me? thanks

im sorry i meant to say on the tensioner. What do you mean what lb pulley?
i think i meant to say mm the size of the idler with my set up i really would like to change all my pullies but im not sure what exact sizes i need im hoping im not gonna have to test each one out

im already using the steeda tensioner isnt it the same as the metco auxilery pully in that kit im really thinking its my stupid ac pully giving me all this headache but im trying not to spend alot of money bringing back and forth the the shop id rather replace everything at once these cars are very tricky ha so many noise issues ive read
Your probably right on the ac pulley because dirt got caught in mine and squeaked bad. Just replaced it...

i also read about misalignment issues with the pully and belt system that can cause this noise anyone know the cost to fix that ?
