1999-04 Mustang Urethane Motor Mounts from AmercianMuscle.com

Has anyone purchase these mustang urethane motor mounts from american muscle for the year 99-04 yet. I'm just wondering if you have to tighten down the bolts all the way down until the two metal plates touch each other or you leave them as they come from american muscle.
