I've been hearing some great stuff about Adam's Polishes and ordered a machine detailer kit from them last week!

If you are interested in using a buffer to apply the polish and wax, check out this guy's videos..they help a ton!

In this vein is Liquid Glass auto/boat/aircraft/spaceship polish - it's a bit pricey but I started using the stuff last year and I love it.

It's also apparently made in my hometown of Teaneck, NJ (which is surprising considering I never knew there was any industry there ).

also don't forget to clay/ remove defects in the paint BEFORE you wax. These steps a re key to achieving a great finish!

I use Meguiers clay bar kit and wax. I have a bottle on instant spray wax to use around the stripes so i have no build up along the edges.

I was waxing up at GSP this weekend after i clay barred the entire car after the wash at my house. All in all about a 4 hours process since i had to rise, apply soap, rinse again, dry, clay bar, wax on, wax off the entire exterior of the car for each step. lol
