Default do we have any suspension gurus here??

i finally got my moroso drag springs in the front (chore![with the c being switched to a w]). these things were freakin long. i mean 18" compared to the 10" frpp c springs they were replacing. cut off a coil in hopes ride hide wouldnt be too high. after finally getting them in and getting the car back on the ground, not only does it sit waaaay too high but there is no travel. i mean none. no droop, no compression. and they are 250lb/inch springs as opposed to the 600 or so of the c springs. this doesnt make any sense to me. im waiting on a call back from moroso tomorrow i hope but its irritating i put damn near 8 hours getting these things in only to find out something isnt right
