right now im swapping my old used up flat tappet 5.0 for a 5.0 out of a 01 explorer. the heads will be mildly ported with better valve springs to accept the higher lift cam i want. edlebrock rpm air gap intake mated to a tuned 650DP and a 150 shot of nitrous. msd dizzy and 6al box with a manual timing retard/advance module so i can retard the timing when i want to run the nitrous and advance it for when im just running around on the street. swapping out the 7.5 rear for a 8.8 with kevlar friction disks and 3.73 gears. that is all for now.

lol i guess let me get some pictures of what i have done so far. when it actually starts getting warmer again ill pull the engine out completely, right now its only torn down to the block.

here she was 3 years ago all pretty and ready for the long drive to cj pony parts CAD.

and now here is the start of the engine swap.






200k miles on the original block and you can still see the cross hatches in the cylinder walls.
