Default HELP! Suggestions Needed!

My nephew is buying a 1986 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe.
THE PROBLEM: We can't get the doors open! The lock seems to be stuck, won't move up or down. We had to pull out the drivers window to get into the car. Mechanism looks a little rusty. Door panel is off so we can see it from the top. Any ideas to free it up besides a bottle of PB blaster?

I would just try soaking it in penetrating oil and then trying to knock it loose.

Did you unhook the mechanism from the lock actuator? If the motor is siezed that could be your issue.
