Exclamation Looking for some direction please!!!

Hello All!!!
A friend of mine is looking to put together a classic car/bike show in West New York, NJ. She has reached out to me knowing that I'm into both subjects. I, in turn, am turning to you!! Of course it goes without saying that I would love to see our Stangers there but it is for classics car and with that in mind I am looking to see if any of you have experience with setting up these kinds of things! Most of the shows that I have been to I have attended because of the Stangers although I have been to other venues, such as, the Whiskey in Lyndhurst but those are word of mouth or ads.
Any help that I can get to forward along would be appreciated!!
Thanks!!!
Val

oh that's pretty cool.

Most importantly, depending where they want to do it, 80 Street Park is a good spot and I know someone who may be able to aid in getting the necessary permits for it. We did a few months ago. Also make sure to plan in advance and have people helping you with it, otherwise it'll get very complicated lol

Jon....she mentioned 55th. & 56th. streets and being that she works for WNY that would lead me to believe that permits won't be a problem!! It also emplies that they are looking to close those streets off for the show....I am thinking that it might actually be on Blv'd East with the NYC view!! Great for picture opps!!!!

The best way is to advertise, post flyers, put it up online...I mean if you make up any flyers, shoot me an e-mail with one attached and I'll post some around here (Bergen County - Paramus area). Classic car shows really do attract A LOT of attention...
