Default NJ Inspection question

So I am in the final stage of going full MAC exhaust on my 07 GT/CS. I have the o/r prochamber, MAC axlebacks, and the shorter legs to shorten the prochamber for the LT's.

Before taking the final step and getting the MAC LT's, I've been having some worries about NJ Inspection. I am 75% leaning towards going through with it but part of me feels that JBA shorties might be the smarter decision since I'd be able to slap the stock H pipe on for inspection.

So my question is...

How do you guys with LT's, specifically with o/r setups, deal with inspection? How hard is it to find a shop that will pass you? If you don't want to post anything publicly, I'd appreciate a PM. I wanna go through with it but I just don't get how you guys all deal with this problemo. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

O/R meaning no hi flows? Just get a prochamber legs that have hi-flow cats in there. You can pass inspection with them as long as they read "ready" when they plug into the OBD port. Last i heard there is no sniffer test as long as the comp says everything is cool

If you could send me the info also I would really appreciate it. My Mach 1 doesn't even have an inspection sticker so I really need to go get one. Thanks.

I ran pretty much the same setup on my '95 GT. Mac longtubes, offroad prochamber, and catback. I slapped on a catted midpipe and took it right through an official state inspection without any problems. I think it was 8 bolts and 15 minutes to switch out midipipes.

That car was pre-obd2 though so it was just a snifftest, you may need to drive a bit so the computer shows "Ready"

you can actually have 1 monitor not ready but catalyst will either throw a code or there will be 2 not ready. You can pass without cats there are ways. Dont sacrafice not having longtubes for something as stupid as inspection

If it comes down to having to get a catted midpipe to get the LT setup to pass, I'd probably rather just get the JBA shorties instead so I can run the o/r prochamber and just slap my stock midpipe on for inspection.

I go right through the state inspection place. You have to have your ready monitors except one. I had alline on and use spark plug fowlers for rear 02s. I. Have the car shells on the h pipe nothing in them
