Question Suspension help

I had my Roush Stage 3 suspension removed today and had the Roush Trak Pak fully adjustable coil overs installed.

Ok .. so they are on .. the car sits real nice. I have the a@@ now level with the front. Currently set for 6" of clearance on the nose. I will post pics later ... but how do I f'en adjust them. I mean I know how to raise it .. lower it .. camber and rebound .. so technically I can adjust it .. but I just dont know how I should. For the track ... for every day .. I have a call into Roush. Any one have any experience with this kinda thing.

I also got the brake cooling ducts installed today. They fit seamlessly into my lower fascia! (had some brake issues last time on track)

Um thats pretty lame. Be long winded, give up the info. It's not like your going anywhere- you've got nothing but time, cars motors still blown right?

ALSO - on topic , did you install it or did you have a shop do it? Whats all included in the Trak-Pack?

The trak-pak is what Roush calls their coil overs. Roush gives suggestions in the manual. I spoke to a guy at Roush that tracks his car and he modified a little what the manual said. So I think I have it. I will run -2.5 camber at Pocono. I like the height so on track day I may just play with the rebound.

I had Rhinebeck Ford do the install. They are a small Ford dealership in Dutches county new york that specializes in trucks and Mustangs. So as far as seeing my car ... it looks a little lower ... but that is it. No stripes, wings, fins, carbon, chrome ect ...

Well I can finally say every modification on my car is now functional. The Roush nose was decorative up until I had the brake ducts installed in it this week.

Opps I lied .. I have sequentials ...

Gtncpa, don't let some of these haters with the "rice tag" bother you - you have real mods, not a lot of people do ... Gotta post pics though!
