Default what tunes are you running ?

i'm gonna probably end up getting a tuner with the free bama tunes for life from AMwith my tax return check, and i was just wondering what tunes everyone had, whether it be street performance or race for daily driving and different ones used for racing and what octane used

Daily drove a 93 Octane Street Race tune, OMG was that awesome! throttle response was enough to snap you neck back and push you into the seat

well see the performance tune was an 87 octane tune so not only was the type of tune different, but so was the actual power from the different octane.

The Race tune what you can automatically tell two things compared to the performance tune. It shifts nice and firm, no hanging around in a gear. It also eliminates throttle lag, our cars are DBW (Drive-by-Wire) so the tuner can tune the gas pedal to be more sensitive which the Race tune does.

Currently running a tune from Justin at VMP in Florida with my C&L Street setup. As James has said, running the "Race" version of any tune is addictive to say the least. One suggestion is that if you are using the stang in weather like this now you might want to run the "street" tune. The race is a bit crazy in weather like this. I'll be running a Bama tune with my new setup till I get a new tune from VMP for my Ford Racing CAI.

currently running a 92 octane race tune from blow by racing. I love it. i decided against a 93 tune because a lot of stations by me didn't have 93 octane. more do now. Also the wawa stations here only have 92. I've talked to a couple wawa station managers here and they tell me that state test them at over 93 octane very time.

I use sniper interface and tuning software, I think they are called delta force now, u can run preset tunes or do ur own custom ones which I like allot, had great results so far no complaints
