Default This is the 2013 Ford Fusion in New Jersey and NYC!

The new 2013 Ford Fusion Concept in NJ and NY! Anyone looking for the 2013 Fod Fusion in New Jersey should check this out! Great looking 2013 Fusion Concept from Ford Motors!

Filed under: Detroit Auto Show, Sedan, Ford

We've still got a few days between us and the reveal of the 2013 Ford Fusion, but a minor bug in its iPad teaser app has given us an early glimpse of the all-new sedan.

As we showed you before, Ford enlisted the help of an interactive iPad app to count down the days until the Fusion's reveal. But today, an error with the app gave us a nice front-three-quarter view of Ford's new Camry-fighter, which has since been removed.

We're digging the low-slung stance, blacked-out Day Light Opening (greenhouse) and pixel-perfect wheel size, but it's the fascia that's easily the most handsome, combining elements of recent Ford concepts and polishing them up for production duty (along with a fair bit of Aston Martin in that grille). We'll be seeing much more in another three days, so stay tuned...This is the 2013 Ford Fusion originally appeared on Autoblog on Fri, 06 Jan 2012 16:58:00 EST. I don't know about that grille? First off, what the heck is it - a rhombus, a trapezoid? Too busy looking, IMHO.

Ya'll mad. That looks great. A nice classy yet agressive front end and good ride height. The old Fusions look dated now so they def needed an update. The Euro Mondeo is one of the best looking cars right now and this takes a few visual cues from it and looks just right.

The front reminds me of the Evos concept. And that did look like an Aston. So that's high praise as I think Astons are the best looking cars in the world. I like the futuristic approach that Ford is taking with its models now though

I liked the Evos concept a lot. I dig the modern thing to. It's just the proportions of the lines look off to me. Maybe I just need to see it in person.

Get used to it. This is Ford's new global design direction. I've heard the next major Mustang redesign will have an "Aston Martin" like front end. I like what little I've seen. Like Higu said, classy and aggressive.

I do like most of Ford's Euro cars, and I think they are more so in the direction you're describing - vs. US models, anyway. I can definitely see the new look working well on the Escape, Edge, Taurus, Fiesta, and Focus. I think they are going to use it for the trucks too. It will be interesting to see the F-150 concepts.

I know they will definitely be bringing the look to the SUVs. There is a European / Asian model being introduced at the New Delhi Auto Expo. It's called the EcoSport. My guess is this is the future of Fords SUVs in the states fairly soon.

It will be interesting to see if they can translate this look to the trucks...
