Best Places to Buy HID Kits or Bulbs

A friend of mine is looking to get 9006 HID Upgrade bulbs since he has a low k.....most likely considering 6000k or 8000k Bulb Replacements.....now wheres a good and affordable place to get them? Good Quality ones would be great

seems like a waste of money to me, i bought a set on ebay for $20 and they still working fine almost 2 years later,but thats just me, i know some people dont like buying things on ebay because they think there cheap but it seems like all the hid kits lately are all the same

ah okay good, I buy it alot on ebay just never thought the quality of hids on there was always the best......post up sellers' name for it so I know

i think this might be the one but im not sure because i cant go into the details.I did buy either bulbs or the whole hid kit from them but either way i havent had any problems.
