Default Blackwood Collision!

I was reffered to Bobby and his shop by a friend of mine that i met at my work. He is a car guy just like everyone on this site. on April 1st i was in an accident and the girl destroyed my whole passanger side. Not only was the price over 500 dollars cheaper than any other estimate that i got, but i knew that he was not only and expert body speacialist but i know he is a mustang guy. One of his personal mustangs that he painted himself was on the cover of Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine. He showed me the mustang that was on the cover and his other one that he is currently working on. Long story short my car was a mess not only from this accident but from another incedent from before. As i was talking to Bobby he told me that i had a little rust on the quarter pannel that Ford painted over when i was in my first accident that was no where near anything that Bobby had to touch. I told him how i have been wanting to get a new hood for the car for a while and that once its in the shop i might as well get it done and he told me that he will paint that and my front bumper and drivers quarter pannel for 600$ extra

What he did for the accident
-Pulled atleast 4 decent size dents out of the door and front fender
-smoothed 2 crimps in the door and fender
-Painted the whole side of the car from fender to mid quarter pannel
-told me where to pick up side mirrors for 25$ dollars a peice

Extra for only 600 Dollars!!!!
-refinished my stock front bumper
-at least 5 hours of sanding the worst fiberglass job for a hood ever
-prepped and painted the hood
-painted the driver side fender
-painted the engine bay where the paint was chipping
-and repaired the rust and repainted the trunklid above the drivers side tailight

The real reason i am posting this (as if this was not enough)
My aunt got into a little accident last week and i took her car to him and his estimate was 750 and the next closest i got was 1500. Not only this but about a month after i got the car painted i was behind a truck hauling gravel and when it hit a bump in the road it rained rocks down on my new hood. By the time i told him about it about a month after it happened he told me to bring it back and he will touch it up and buff the entire car for nothing. he told me he isnt going to have one of his cars look how mine is now. after time went by i just got used to the chips and didnt make a big deal about it but after i got my aunts estimate and was about to drive away he came to my car and reminded me that he still needs to touch up my car. AWESOME guy who stands by his work and most importantly his WORD! hard to find these days! if you have any collision work or just paintable mods that you need finisshed give him a call or just stop into his shop you wont be disapointed.

I wish i had more pictures of it but they were on my iPhone that i dropped on Rt55 when i was riding the bike in the summer

Where is this shop located? I have a rather large rock chip that can't be touched up by me - it needs a professional hand, but I don't want to spend $500 on it!

That's good to hear! I had something similar happen to mine a few years ago with a truck dumping gravel all over the front end as he passed me in the opposite direction.....Good to hear he stuck to his word.

$150 would be pretty awesome all things considered. I will give them a call.
