Default Looking for North NJ Off-Road/Lifted Truck Specialty Shop

Mac needs a new suspension badly, had my dad confirm it Saturday when he drove it by saying that its much more worse than his Windstar lol. So it definitely isn't only the bigger tires but the stock stuff that it was riding on when I bought it, including the shocks which don't have much chance to absorb stuff.

My issue is that I have no clue what Off-Road or Lifted Truck shops there are in North NJ that could do this install for me in a month or two, pending me finding Full Time employment. I do have one shop in mine but I am not sure if they specialize in this.

What I want to have done?
  • Remove Leveling Kit
  • Install Rancho Complete 4" Suspension lift with all extending parts, upgraded Shocks, etc to handle the big tires
  • Install 35x12.5 General Grabber (Red Lettered) Tires - I can provide unless they can get them cheap.
  • Install 18x9 Black wheels on these tires (I have yet to find a set of deep dish wheels that I want)

Personally if 4WheelParts had a closer shop, I'd just have them install it since I spend so much time browsing the insane off-road stuff on their website.

I do know I probably need about $3k to $4k in parts for this stuff so that's why I am putting it out there so I can see how much a shop will cost me and I can start saving up. I'd rather do this than spend another $1k on repairing factory parts shortly.

In fact I do. I'm not in North Jersey, but is be more than willing to help you in any way I can.

I actually came in this thread to reccomend OK4wd, if you don't feel like bringing MAC down to Toms River.

Let me know if I can do anything for you. I'll see if I can get prices on some of those parts for you.

Check out American Racing ATX wheels. I've installed a few sets and really like them. I just put a set on one of our shop Jeeps and think they look great.

Thanks Guys. I almost forgot MrNoodley, I would definitely drive to your shop. I can get you all the details on the parts. I'm trying to figure out a total cost range for doing this versus buying a new one; that's probably a crazier idea that I should stay away from.

I just want to make it worthily to pull a trailer with my mustang on it.

I do know rancho has some crazy discounts until August so anytime before then would be great to get it done.

As far as wheels, I have been looking at those and a few others. 18x9 is the size but not sure what offset would look the best with my flares. I'd like a wide stance

I'll definitely look them up too, not even sure where rt 57 is.
