Default Borla ATAK Cat-Backs

I bought them for my stang, I am in love with them!!! Install was kinda tricky with simple floor jacks, but me and my friend got it done in 2 hours. I took note of every detail/problem I encountered during install, so if anyone should buy them PM me with questions before/during/after install. I recommend these to any V6 owner looking for Aggressive tone wanting to beat out those ricers we all see every day

The sound is amazing, so worth the labor we went through getting the old ones off (which really sucked), but once again it was all worth it, and the ATAKs are worth every penny, I mean it. I rate it 5 stars out of 5 hands down.

I hear what you're sayin'. I put my Flowmasters on a week ago and I needed 3 or 4 different ratchets and wrenches to get the bolts off. The worst part was I couldn't see 1/2 the bolts. It took me a little while to figure out where they were. All in all it took me about 3 hours to do it.

Glad you like the sound. I'm a little disappointed in my Flowmasters so far. They've got a bit of drone between 1200 and 2200 RPM under light throttle. Once I get over that, they sound good. I can avoid it by manually shifting my auto trans though. They also sound fantastic when I give it a little extra gas... I took one of the girls from work for a ride today and she thought they sounded great. I'm going to give them a chance to break in though before I make my final judgement...

Yea do that my man. I mean I personally thought the flowmasters sounded a little weak, (In my opinion, no offense). But if its what YOU like thats all that matters. When I started my car after tightening the second ball clamp all the way, and gave it a little rev, I knew I made a good choice in brand, these things are amazing. But totally let them break in like 150-200 miles and see what happens, mine sound better and better with every car ride I take, they have been on for 3 days now, still loving them , also with Borla, there is no such thing as drone, which I love.

2nd the swivel for any 2005+ mustang. Makes life so much easier swapping axle-backs.
