GT500 Front&Rear Sway Bars
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-11...Q5fAccessories
Bought this kit from the vendor Green Leaf Prime, they sell all kinds of good stuff there. I originally wanted to use the shocks and struts too with a different set of lowering springs but i'm too low as is already so i've just installed the GT500 Front Swaybar yesterday with the help of GbabeStang05.
It feels amazing, not like a complete change but the car feels more solid and handles the high speeds turns like a champ now! I'm just running rear LCA's and 255/285 tires the rest stock and this swaybar made a big difference and was cheap when you think about it. Most just front sway bars are the price of the entire kit you buy from this guy, but you also get a single barrel STB that fits GT, V6 and GT500 mustangs!
I highly recommend getting this or some other front swaybar. Its a very simple install, 6 nuts come off, grease the new sway bar at the 2 contact points, put the 6 nuts back on. Its a 30-45 min job tops. Took me a while to realize they have locking nuts on the "dogbones" that held the end links of the swaybar but once i knew that and the correct sizes install was a snap!

that is a very good deal! the only problem I've heard about that setup tho, the gt500 springs&struts are tuned for the weight of the ironblock/supercharger and aren't perfectly balanced for the aluminum 4.6.. but for that price, sounds good!

The shocks and struts I'm not strapping on right now cause I need to do more research on them first. But before anything I need to find a take off GT500 rear swaybar to balence out the front one.

Haha yes, I was a grease monkey for a day my being tinier than James ended up being more useful in the tighter space for the locking nuts, but it was really easy to install. You do need a second person if you can manage it, cause the bar is pretty heavy to hold up by yourself. That, and James and I were able to multi-task and get all of the bolts off in a snap...after he figured out the locking nuts of course :P

And after i used my weight and force to break the bolts loose. They were pretty freeking tight and with not a lotta space to get any leverage i had to use a lot of my weight.
but the rear will b easier, i can crawl under there as it sits normally so jacked up i'll have tons of room.

I installed the rear swaybar today. I actually almost was able to get away without jacking up the car or taking the tires off but i needed the clearance after all so i did but it was a very quick and straight forward install again. I loveee the way my car takes a turn now. I feel a lot less "sway" of it lumbering into a turn. I point where i want the car to go and it goes. Its not a 100% makeover in the handling, but for the under $70 i paid for both of the sway bars, it was well worth it!

Yea no pics this time. It was gina, myself and her puppy outside working on the front one. The bar itself looks identical aside from the extra set of holes to put it into "race mode" and how much heavier it is. The rear one I did later on and it replaced the skinny stock rear swaybar.
