I've used the black box from turtle wax (what he was mentioning above) on my CTS and it worked great. The car had pretty bad swirls when I bought it and after about 3 hours of solid work it was really damn near perfect.

What order would you guys recommend I do this ? Once the weather gets a bit warmer I'm going to try getting the swirl marks out as much as possible.

Wash, clay bar, then use the turtle box back box? Hoping I could try this out this weekend.

I think the black box has a clay bar in it not sure. But I would do a 2-bucket wash, then clay bar, then follow the steps on the box for waxing.

I'm going to give that a try this weekend if the weather holds up! I'll post results when I do it. Have you heard of Dr color chip ? I have some chips and scratches that were from previous owners and its starting to really get on my nerves lol.

I've heard good reviews about these guys so I'm willing to give it a shot. I know the best route is to completely repaint the car but when I have the extra funds ill look into repainting. For now check these guys out.
