Hey, my names rocky. i've been looking for a mustang forum for a while now. im on njfboa.org cause i have a firebird also. I figured this forum should be good to meet other locals unlike modded mustangs, way to many people from all over.

But i have a 1988 5.0 foxbody, ported/polished heads, comp cam, vortech supercharger and other goodies..

I also have a 2012 5.0 6spd mustang also. i've had that one for almost 2 months and the engine just blew up the other night. the whole bottom end let go. i was told there has been problems with that happening to a good amount of the new 5.0's.. they're replacing the engine soon. that car has a steeda intake/tuner and pypes catback exhuast.

i also have a 1995 firebird too. few mods

I just want to say it now, i'm not some little spoiled rich kid. i've saved up my money since i was little and i work hard for what i have. my parents didnt pay for any of this.

Welcome to the club Rocky, I love the collection. I'm a modded mustangs once in a while, definitely so much activity over that that its hard to find locals.

Welcome to the group, nice rides, sorry to hear about your motor. There are several 5.0 owners on the site that would be interested in the motor replacement & who picks up the tab..
Also, there is a car show Sat. @ Downs Ford.

Thanks guys! And sofar it looks like ford is going to be paying for this. If i get some good pics of the engine i'll post up.

BTW for the 5.0 owners.. check your oil everyyyyyyyyy week. I know its all over the other forums but it doesnt hurt to say it again.

They're having a problem with low oil from the factory and losing oil fast.

I'll see if i can make the car show, i'm not sure yet.
