Welcome, I'm originally from the Sayreville area too.

My fater-in-law has a 64 1/2 that looks just like that... only it's slowly being restored.

2011 Ford Mustang GT - 6 speed manual - Tuned by Bama - Flowmaster American Thunder axle back exhaust - Airaid cold air intake - Barton Industries shift bracket - Steeda short throw shifter - Steeda competition springs - FRPP shocks and struts
    2012 Ford F150 - 5.0L, automatic - stock

    Cool!
What size motor, type of trans, as well as, what type of restoration is he doing? (eg. modified, or, 'straight' restoration)?

I think it's got a 327 with the automatic transmission in it. He's looking to swap out the motor, but keep everything with it, just in case he ever sells the car - this way it has parts with matching numbers. As for everything else, he's going to try to keep it as stock as possible.

LOL, I think you got your dad's Mustang confused with his vette? Sorry I couldn't resist,I meant it in good fun.

    Wayne,
Welcome,That's a beautiful coupe I just pulled the Jan 97 issue from my library and reread the article(the last time I read it must have been jan 97). Sounds crazy but with all of the v8 converting going on the early six cylinder cars are becoming scarce. Good luck with it.

lol, yeah. I thought that sounded a bit high. Truth be told, I can't remember what motor is in it.
