Default Job Hunting: Places to look, Post Them Here.

To help others on here, maybe we can get a list together of places to go find jobs at:

www.Craigslist.com (Found my current job here, not much luck with getting responses now)

www.Monster.com

www.CareerBuilder.com

www.JobExpo.com

Others to be added...We need more places where college students or grads can actually get office jobs and not retail jobs.

http://www.indeed.com/

I find that to be a good site. It's like google but for job seeking, you put in what you are looking for and the area you are looking for it in and it will pull from Monster, careerbuilder, yahoo hot jobs, usajobs.gov, etc. I have even seen it pull from the companies' home HR pages. I like it because it can cut down your searching time. It's not a substitute for looking at monster and the other sites but it can help put a lot of stuff all one page though.

Thanks! I've heard of it too but haven't used it yet. Just found a job through MSU Career Direction, just waiting to see what happens. It's literally like 2 to 3 mile drive from Campus which makes my commute easier....no more driving all over north jersey from home to school to work to home or even back to night class and then home.....too many miles and traffic!

Helmets to Hardhats

This is for Military folks getting out looking for constructions jobs. If you were not in the service it does not mean you still cant look to see who is hiring.
