Default Seeking Employee for aircraft detailing

At Essex County Airport (Caldwell Airport), we at my company Air Bound Aviation are rapidly expanding and have recently had a swell in the amount of aircraft needing washes, detailing, and waxing. Its a very labor intensive and time consuming process, its grueling most times, but the pay is $11 an hour, and the hours are flexible to the aircraft's schedule of when its available to be put down on the ground for a day or two to be cleaned.

All work is done inside our hanger, work is performed with dozens of special chemicals, cleaners and buffers. A day's work might consists of 3 hours to sometimes 15+ hours depending on the circumstances, so someone with a very free and flexible schedule is preferable.

A requirement of the job is to be in good physical condition, the buffer weigh 14 lbs and holding it and pushing it up against the belly of the aircraft while on a creeper under the aircraft's belly is very exhausting work.

Any more details needed about the job feel free to contact me or just post in here about it.

Also keep in mind i will only recommend someone who is serious about working. Anyone who is hired with my recommendation is a reflection of me so if i recommend you, do not disappoint me.

James

well it depends on the workload but anywhere from 20-40+ a week potentially. We have a list growing to potentially 25 aircraft on a monthly wash regimine plus we have 30-40 aircraft on a normal waxing rotation, plus the random ones that pop up. So we have weeks were there are 3 planes washed and 3 waxed, and depending on the plane like lets say a King Air or Pilatus, thats approx 50 man hours of labor to complete. Doing the de-ice boots is a work of art and takes 5-6 hours themselves
