Default Another forum meet

i've been a member on the njfboa forum for a few years now, i've only made it to a few of their meets and i went to one today.. these people are real plugs.. stuck up and rude. only one person said something to me. i drove over an hour for nothing. that forum is nothing like this one. the first meet i went to for this forum was great and everything that forum is not.

That sucks! been to a couple of other club's meets And found the same thing except for NY Mustangs. I hate to say it but the I belong to a local Mustang club and have found some them being stand off ish to the Stangers and when I ask them why they can't answer. Some people don't give others a chance. There is that problem in most clubs because of the age groups. I find it at the Chatterbox on Sat. nights. People will talk to you but when they find out what you drive, they turn cooler.

I'll be setting up something for next month after new years, a bowling thing near me if you're interested. The past 2 years we get almost 20 people to come. Got to show off the mods you got for christmas after all

that's good to hear man. Sorry about your bad experience, before I started this, I had the same issue with another "Fast & Furious" style club that I went to a few meets, it was all about street racing and showing how fast their cobras could go

Well that's sucky dude- not cool. But on the upside, you have us. It's really hard for me to just start talking to people - this group was really friendly tho so they made it easier for me.

It's difficult going for the 1st time. A lot of these car clubs core members are very clickish and don't like new people to take up the spot light. I have experienced this myself.
