This is very interesting and I knew it was coming....I've always gone private since I've owned my cars and I wouldn't have it any other way. I drive to the place, they check the car out, do what they have to do and i'm on my way in 20 mins or less....no dmv lines or anything else.

If you have any mods then it's probably best just to pay for inspection at a gas station. I think it's less likely someone will give you a hard time there. Just figure the cost as part of the mods.

Does anybody know if they'll give me a problem for not having a muffler on my truck? The exhaust broke off at the flange, after the last cat so that's all I'm running..

same by me and usually the lines are insane....the best part is that all they do is pull my car in and don't have to run it like they do at the DMV......it's just overall an easier process especially since I'm very picky as who I let near my Mustang.

When I worked at the Meineke, we used to cut open old converters like clam shells, and weld them around the H pipes. They looked real as can be, and never came off cause they were welded. THATS SNEAKY
