Hey guys at work this past weekend we took in an 09 Kawasaki ZX6R Monster Edition. Its hot as hell and is really catching my eye. Im thinking about getting it for my first bike. It has about 2700 miles, its lowered and has a full exhaust. I keep looking at it and sitting on it and now I really want it. Lemme know what you think.

Ive ridden 2 of those. Nice bikes clutch is a slipper from the factory not the fastest but by no means slow. To be honest a great beginner bike

No means slow its governed to 169mph lol Its extremely nice and Im getting so many calls about it everyone wants to do trades for it and we already have so many used bikes so we're not taking in anything so what I have to do is talk to my parents so I dont get kicked out and jump on it. We also have 2 ZZ600's but I like the ZX6 better fits me and im pretty much flat foot on it.

Yeah you wanna be flat foot on your first bike otherwise youll fall over.... seen it a few times haha. No im not saying its slow but i have 1000 so its just not that fast to me. That bike will do a high 10 low 11 second 1/4 mile and as long as your careful will be a good way to get on the road.

Yeah i just kinda came home with a bike one day... My brother wrecked 2 R6s pretty good and sold his R1 a few months before that to a good friend of mine who kept telling me to buy one. I love my bike and hopefully im able to really ride again someday. I wanted to start tracking it till i got hurt

Damn man 2 R6's. Theyre nice we have an 11 and 12 right now but Im not a fan of the sitting position because your sitting on the tank it feels like and then my legs wrap around it then my feet go out for the shifter and break so not for me. But as far as tracking your bike my manager has a GSXR600 he tracks that all the time in the summer we have meets at the store and they ride down there so if you do get back on it Ill let you know when theyre doing it again.

Just got my first bike this season.. Im a big dude so i bought an r1 and love it but i ride with a huge group of bikes and we all switch bikes from time to time and ive riden a lot of kawis i found that the ones i have riden are tough in corners compared to yamahas but if this is going to be your first bike then u will be comfortable on whatever you learn on i say pull the trigger and buy it worse case buy it now and if you dont like it you can upsell it during riding season when demand is high.
