End of Year Dinner - Who will be there early?

Hey guys, just curious if any of the locals will be there before 1. I will be there before then in case they let us setup early.

12:30-12:45

I'll be bringing extra tables and all the Food & Drinks.


Please Note: For those who haven't paid yet: $20 for Adults and $8 for Children

• There will be a table by the entrance where you will sign-in with your name and username (to receive AM's Event Discount).
• You will also receive a ticket (one half for you/one half into the raffle box to win some free stuff donated by Club Vendors)
• The other ticket will confirm you paid for dinner and will also allow you the chance to win something during dinner.

If you already Paid:

• Drop by the Table to pickup your meal/raffle ticket.

Hope this makes sense, this will be the easiest way for us to keep track of stuff.

you shouldn't need to bring extra tables, they have a lot. i'll be there to help.

Well everyone knows what time i typically arrive, so i'll arrive normal time for me, early for everyone else

I'm heading to Costco now to buy some cases of water to bring.
