EAS is end of active service, then I have 4 years on Inactive Reserve and that is referred to as EOS, end of obligated service. And I am pretty sure thursday nights in Edgewater is still pretty big. It's been about 2 years since I been there but it was growing, but so was the police presence. It is really a ricer night but we would go every now and then, and I only got a ticket once from a cop there, they were trying to deter people from hanging out there.
