Pizza, which way is the best?
Okay i'm very curious how does everyone enjoy eating their pizza?
-Fresh and hot right out of pizza oven
-Sitting on the counter for a few hours
-Cold from the fridge
-Crispy from the toaster/oven the next day

I used to work at a Pizzaria in my college days. When it's fresh out of the oven, it's too hot to eat without burning my mouth and by the time it cools down enough to eat, the crust will typically get a little soggy. The best way to have it... pizza that's been slightly under cooked, allowed to cool to luke warm and then reheated. This will give the crispy crust that just about eveyone loves and a very fresh pizza...

Just as long as it's pizza, it's all good.

I think it really depends on my mood and what pizza place we got the pizza from. Sadly, some pizza is better cold, as it's not very good to begin with!
But I do enjoy a fresh hot pizza AND cold/congealed pizza equally.

yeah, Nikki, i agree - depends from where. when i'm in Brooklyn, it's fresh out of the oven. here, probably sitting out for a bit. the next day, only cold! i've actually never had it from a toaster oven, should try that.

The toaster oven works very well for reheating pizza, we do it all the time. We also use it to make Dejorno pizzas from time to time.
