Default Snow fun in mustang = Fail!

alright well i was out with a few friends last night and we stumbled across some empty parking lots, so they started doing donuts and drifting. (02 acura rsx and 09 mustang gt). i have a video im going to try and upload later. anyway i saw how much fun they were having and i wanted to get my car to have some fun as well. so as i pulled out of my street all i could do is fishtail. no traction at all. only got down the block and it took me 20 mins to get home. anyone else able to have some fun?

Um, after I "drifted" through a turn into a guard rail last January, snow does not equal fun. I stay home now when it snows.

Have a big void parking lot at work, that's my drifting Domitian place. Everywhere else I try to keep it straight

The only time I ever had any of my mustangs out in the snow was a long time ago by accident. I couldn't even get out of the driveway. I was over a friends house and tried to leave. My car was still auto at the time. I had it in reverse and was standng next to my car while the wheels just slowly spun.

When I had my wrx.....totally different story. So much fun!!!!

I had some fun tonight (in canada on private property with permission of course)

Got a vid and some pics lol. Had a canadian blue come and we discussed the circles around the cul de sac on the private property (created due to my blown diff while trying to re-position the car obviously) and how loud my car was.

He then mentioned that he had mustangs as well. Ended up taking some pics of his car and scooting out of there

I'll post em up later, unfortunately the gopro footage isn't that great since it was dark but it was fun anyways.

All my stangs have been out in the snow at some point. Today was the first time driving one with snow tires and I had no issues at all going anywhere. Had more fun in my truck today though.

I was amazed on how well the 2012 moved through the snow! All Mustangs bad in the snow...? myth busted.
