Default Thinking About Switching Over To The Dark Side

Alright I love my iPhone 4 but lately its been pissing me off. THe screen has this yellow tint to it now. My friend just got the droid razr and its pretty nice so I was thinking about looking into that phone. I was reading online and Verizon is coming out with the Droid Razr maxx that has a better battery. Should I switch to droid or stick it out with iOS?

This is true, by the time you walk out of the store, you're out of date. At least with apple you know the next one isnt coming out for 7 months.

I love my iPhone. Can't live without it. I also have an Acer Iconia 500 that I love with Droid 3.2.1. I still think the iPhone is the best smartphone. If your phone is under a year old, the screen is under warranty. If you used a credit card to buy it, you may have additional benefits. If its not under warranty for some reason, the screen is easily replaced. 2 screws.

When I read the thread title the first thing I thought of was that you were thinking of selling your Mustang for an X brand vehicle.

I don't think either platform sucks. I think it depends on what you want to do with it. Everyone that I know that has an iPhone loves it. Most people with a Droid love it. My boss hates his Droid and is going iPhone after his contract is up. If you really like to tinker a Droid is probably better. If you just want something that works, go for the iPhone. One thing that concerns me with the Droid is viruses. Apple tries to keep a tight reign on their system to avoid malware (and keep them family friendly, but that's another discussion). There have already been a few virus infected apps caught on the open Droid marketplace. Just something to think about.
