Default 1994 ford ranger missfire issue

As the title says I have sn issue with my ranger that I can't figure out. It has the 4.0 v6 in it. The is sd ueda is this while driving ill lose power. It feels like a bad missfire. I've replaced the coil pack, crank position sensor, fuel filter, wires, air filter, pcv valve, and plugs on it. The plugs were white. Also if I shit the key off and ttern it back on it fixes the problem temporarily. I think it basicly just erases the obd1 code until it happens again. This all helped for about ten minutes. Another words it did nothing. I'm running out of ideas and no one I knows has an obd1 scanner to check it out further. Anyone with constructive input would be amazing right about now. This us my daily driver and needs to be fixed asap.
