On my web site I give a 30 day warranty. But I also stand behind the items I sell. I've had people that bought something and come back months later with a problem, but I still took care of the issue, it's a case by case. But if you damage an item and expect to return it, then I can't take it back. But I have worked with people in those position to where they were happy with what I was able to do and they even come back later to buy other items. I'm the owner, so I can do anything I want and I try very hard to keep my customers happy so that they will return to me.

Some times the cost to send something back is worth it and in that case I will ask for the item to be break the item in half and a picture sent to me as proof. Then I send out a replacement.

okay i understand the price. but regardless im spending 50 bucks on 2 bulbs, my only concern is if they blow out on my 6 months down the road am i just gonna have to buy new ones?

It just so happen today that a customer had bought the backup LEDs for his 2010+ mustang on 8/26/2011 and he sent me a message on my web site. Below is his message and my replies. I also called him in Florida and left a message letting him know I was sending the free replacement and I also covered the shipping.
These are the type of things I do to keep a customer happy and so that they'll return to me.

So if the bulb burns out, don't worry I will work with a person within the first year. In this case I didn't have too, but I did.

2/17/2012 1:23:02 PM My order number was 2011XXX, one of my reverse LEDs has stopped working. I need to replace it but i only see it offered as the 4 bulb 1076 upgrade. How do i go about buying just one LED?

"30 day warentee".... i am completely not comfortable with paying 50 dollars for 2 "LED" back up bulbs, i dont know if its just me but i would suggest lowering the price or extending the warentee.
