Default UPR's New 2011 GT!!

Alright guys! So I am very excited to be the barer of great news!

We finally got our 2011 GT Friday afternoon..got some pictures, threw it on the Dyno and took it to the track. We'll just say we weren't shy to test the car out and break it in!

(Thanks, Gabby for the pictures! )

On the dyno, the car made 385rwhp stock, and 400rwhp with an SCT base tune (both with an air temp of 105*)...we estimate a 25rwph gain with cooler air temps. Later that night, we took the car to the track and ran a best of 12.54 @ 112 mph with a 1.91 60' with the same SCT base tune that was installed on the dyno.

Please check out our blog for video's and a more in depth look at our first day with the 2011, and keep an eye out for updates on new mods and numbers!

haha heck yea! How could they go from the 5.0's running 14.5-14.0 stock in the 94/95 GT's to 15.5-15.0 in the 96-98 GT's?? And barely do any better with the 96-98 Cobra's running maybe 13.5 stock.......makes no sense! lol

Ford tried to save some money/didn't prepare the new powertrain for the mustang properly is my guess...

At least we can brag about having Cobras right haha?

BTW, if they let you drive this new 5.0 make sure you take some vids banging through the gears!
