03 Mustang v6 + $5000 in aftermarket parts

My buddy is selling his 03, The outside of the car is in great shape. It has custom painted rear bumper, and side fenders and also alot of extras. The car is red with black detail. The bad news is the car has bad berrings. He is asking 2200 for everything including the aftermarket parts. Pictures,info and a list of the aftermarket parts upon request.

I have a est. $5,500 into the car, and I have most stock parts. Ill attach the parts list, pretty sure I got them all but I could of missed acouple. The car has 114xxx miles on it when the berrings started going bad. The car still runs so there not compleatly shot. the trans is in 100% great cond, as is the rear and the rustless underbody flawless interior. Oil changed every 3,000 miles with synthetic. K&N airfilter washed and oiled every 3,000 miles with the K&N recharge kit. Always used Bosch oil filters. I have receipts for all the major aftermarket parts that got put on by a local shop. I did all the easy stuff like changing the antenna, intake filter ect. I got a quote from Ford for a new engine, $3,500. OR ebay sells them for $600.00-900.00, OR you can buy berrings from a scrap yard for $20.00. Car was washed,waxed and spary detailed useing all turtle ice products, used claybars once roughly every 2 months. Long story short this car was treated like a king, but the high miles finally cought up with it. I bought it with 80,000 miles from a dealer in parsippany, I put the 30,xxx miles on it driving to parsippany and morristown daily, so 99.9% of the miles are true highway miles.
