In PA the inspection laws are quite strict. My '99 didn't even pass when we first moved here. When I eventually settle on a Fox it's going to have to be in relatively good working order to pass, because I don't need another $-pit. I already have one that I drive!

Too bad you don't live in NJ. An 86 is an antique & doesn't need to be inspected when you get antique plates.
