Set of wheels and tires

I want to change my current set but I was hoping not to spend a ton on them. So I'm looking for a full set of wheels and tires either 17'' or 18'', the tires must have good traction on them as I will be using them year round. Will pick up anywhere in N.J.

oh yeah I saw that too! I found him a handful of options last night on Craigslist for under $600 so hopefully that'll help him too
